What additional space is provided for an adult/child?

For adult guests, accommodation is provided on a Euro folding bed with an orthopedic mattress, which is no less comfortable than a regular bed. For children, upon parents' request, we can provide a baby cot (up to 3 years old) or a Euro folding bed. Children under 5 years old can stay in the same bed with their parents.

What type of beds are available in the room?

For the comfort of our guests, the rooms are equipped with beds of different sizes: 140x200 cm and 90x200 cm. Single beds can be combined into a larger double bed using a topper upon prior guest request. The "Luxury Two-Room" and "Luxury Superior" room categories also feature sofa beds. In all rooms, it is possible to add an extra bed. Upon request, children's cribs are provided free of charge.

What is the view from the rooms?

All hotel rooms offer a magnificent view of the well-groomed hotel grounds with lush lawns and blooming trees, the coastal strip of the Black Sea, as well as the mountain peaks of the Caucasus Range.

Can an additional child be accommodated in the room if they sleep in the parents' bed?

Yes, if the child is not older than 5 years. If the child is older, accommodating them without an additional bed would be uncomfortable both for the child and the parents. Moreover, each room already has one extra bed available for an adult or a child.

What is included in the accommodation cost?

The accommodation cost includes meals according to the chosen type and also includes the use of:

You can choose the meal plan that suits you best:

  • Bed and dinner (breakfast + dinner).

Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners included in the cost of your stay are served at the "Breeze" and "Gallery" buffet-style restaurants. If you have chosen the "breakfast only" or "half board" meal plan, you can order lunch or dinner for an additional fee and visit the A la Carte restaurants located on the hotel premises. The hotel also offers room service for food and beverage delivery to your room.

Are highchairs, cribs, potties, and strollers available for children?

We will help make your stay at the hotel with young children as carefree as possible. For this, we will provide a crib for your child (free of charge), as well as feeding chairs and strollers (for an additional fee). All hotel restaurants have highchairs available. Additionally, nanny services can be arranged for an extra charge.

Is it possible to find out the room number and floor in advance?

We strive to make every guest's stay comfortable and take into account all preferences. However, guaranteeing the provision of a specific room is difficult, as they are assigned on the day of guests' arrival.

Payment conditions for booking

After making a reservation, our specialists will send you a booking confirmation and a link for payment, which is valid for 3 hours from the moment of issuance.

Is cash payment possible?

Cash payment is possible at "Sochi Park Hotel." Depending on the season, the prepayment is made by non-cash method, and subsequent bookings can be settled in any convenient form for you (by card or in cash).

Cancellation conditions

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you can contact our hotline at 8 800 2015555 or send a written request to our booking department at booking@sposochi.ru.


After the payment is made, the reservation status changes to Guaranteed Booking. Free cancellation of Guaranteed Booking is possible no less than:

  • 3 days before the arrival date in the middle season
  • 14 days before the arrival date in high season.

In case of failure to comply with the cancellation deadlines, the hotel complex "Sochi Park Hotel" reserves the right to retain the payment in the amount of the prepaid accommodation at the specified rate for the booking service.
